Sorry guys for not updating the thread. I've been going through a lot of bs lately and i mean a lot. Things are def going downhill for me right now and its very frustrating.
No not really. I last spoke to him on Sept 30th and he had mentioned to me based on the way things are going he won't be expecting any money until next year.
If i had the funds i would def be taking you up on this offer. I should be heading up to you with my boy sleeper24 to get one of his intercooler pipes redone. As for what im missing, its pretty much everything. All i received was my manifold, downpipe/spipe, slim fans, intercooler pipes, and 1 v-band clamp.

Maybe im the only one who was thinking this or maybe just the only one willing to say it but:
With all the outrageous complaints against this guy, doesn't anyone else wonder why there's only been one lawsuit against him????
If I was one of yall I would have suggested getting together and filing a class action 50 posts ago!
But I suppose I have to give props to you guys for being such good people that you're still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. So although I dont like what this guy's doing, my hat's off to yall for putting up with it. I admire you for it, but I also know I'd never have the patience for it myself lol. I hope everything works out for you guys.

I talked to chris a couple of months ago and he got a notice in the mail about the bankruptcy...I suppose Todd's lawyer sent out a notice to all those that were waiting for parts...sad, sad, sad

someone should find this guy and beat the money out of him! ok fine his business went downhill why spend other peoples hard earned money if you wont give them anything to me thats stealing. someone that lives by him go find him!

banruptcy means you have no money....if he had the money the court would not allow him to file bankruptcy. the only way around it is to somehow hide the money and if that were the case he is in soooooommmmmeeee deeeeeeeeeepppppppppp poopoo with the feds.

Staying brand new and collecting dust in my attic back at home, pretty much. I wish I could throw it back on, without all the problems of course, but I have no income right now at school. I'm thinking about shooting a pm to MrC and seeing how much a built motor installed with the tt kit would be for next summer. I'll contemplate keeping it here in the next few weeks, or putting it down to a Christmas sale price since I'll be at home and be actually able to ship it. If I keep it and go stock block, I'll be calling you up around June and sending a check for your gas money and install fees to get your butt up here to Oklahoma. lol
