Default finally my Turbo install!!!!!!! need help!!!!

so a few months back i got a killer deal on a brand new ZPI stage 0 "rare" lol withalot of upgrades, anyways heres my setup regarding the turbo

Mitsubishi TD05H-16g
ZPI manifold
Turboconcepts 38mm wastgate
HKS SSQV
Dezod intercooler w/ pipes
Deatchwerks 550cc injectors
Greddy Ultimate
Greddy Profec E0-1
Defi boost, EGT, oil pressure
AEM UEGO
NGK 1 step colder plugs
ACT clutch
fidanza flywheel
Creative Compacts mid pipe 2.5in
megan spipe

now i have the choice of 3 catbacks that already own
Creative Compact's Borla
TRD
HKS Hi-Power

im goin for tune 1st week of april
I'm shooting for maybe 2 tunes one at 6psi and one at 10psi
my goal is around 250-300hp

this is were i need your help;
my Q is there anything missing in my setup that is essential? (fuel return, fuel pumps) and which muffler?
estimate my HP?

just general comments are welcomed. i wish i could go to ptuning but im in MA so my options are limited...to local tuners

EDIT: Ive done my research but im confused as to the best place to put my EGT & Wideband A/F sensors help me out, some say EGT right at the beginning of headers others say s pipe, same for A/F......im lost?

i reccomend a walbro 255 pump just for safety also it might be cheaper getting a custom 3 inch exhaust made at ur local shop then getting a hks.. if u can get the p tuning full 3 inch get it well worth it my friend has it and i love the way it sound's

you dont want TRD as its just like oem but not as restrictive.Borla is ok, HKS is just and axle back you need a midpipe...just like weezyfbayba said either custom 3 inch exhasut or PTunning exhasut

no you don't need 3 inch. You should be fine with what you have but your not going to get 300. Descendant however released a full 3inch exhaust for damn near the same price as the hks catback. Also the pump is 105 shipped from most places.

I would get a Tial wastegate. The one you have that comes with the kit is very flakey.

at 250-300 whp you dont really need a walbro nor a return line set up! nor 3" exhaust. only when you start going over 300whp is when you should start upgrading those stuff. till then your good to go just make sure you know who the right tuner.

agreed...iv used the stock axle back and stock fuel pump and managed 298hp. It will however be a tad harder to make that kinda power on that turbo. It CAN be done but will require higher pressure.

thanks for all the info people you guys are geat

i want to stay under 10 psi cuz i dont have plans for inernals as of yet.

as far as exhaust i already have the spipe mid pipe my borla was awesome sounding and seems like a pretty good design, i dont want to spend money on stuff i dont really need (new exhaust).

as for power the td04h spools up pretty quickly im not looking to make more than 300 or should i say 300 ould be MAX maybe 250 is good, this would still be my daily driver sort of (i do have a beater) with my seup what do you guys think i can get for power??
