FINALLY! a quick Turbo'd TC/Street Car
This weekend at the NOPI event in Texas Horizon Motorpsorts debuted there Sport/FWD Scion TC.(cars been around awhile was at SEMA 2 years ago)
Yes, I know there are faster TC's, but they are true tube chassis racecars. This car races in a street car class and if you wanted too you could drive it on the street
Best pass was a high 10.50, not bad for the 1st time out. Made it to the Finals!!!
Currently running a GT4088R and will eventually step up to a 42!!! 9's are in this cars future.
Exactly what the TC community needs

Thanks for posting this up Todd. I've been trying to figure out my login info for this site for awhile. Just got it back today & you already beat me to posting !
We had a very good weekend in Ennis TX. The car performed better than we had hoped. Brand New Car in the first outing for both the car and the driver ! This weekend was our testing. I was very pleased when Jason ran an 11.50 the first pass in the car & I didn't expect the car would run 10s the first weekend.
We still have a long way to go to keep up with this field but I think we had a good start . I hope we can continue to keep doing the Scion Community Proud ...

Yessir! I remember that tC! IT was freakin fast for a street car! In fact about five bigname cars that weekend at nopi were scion badged, including kenny tran's car( i actually talked to him, he is a pretty cool guy) and the titan motorsports tC with i think a 2jz motor! They were all equally impressive, especially when u see it live! Eveybody is hopping on the toyota/scion bandwagon, and thats all good!
