yeah mother has a horrible driving record due to my brother. so thats the only reason y and NYC is a b*tch to insure a car. but under my name its even worse 9k for 6 months last time i tried to get a quote

I should have gone with progressive.. its a bit expensive, but covers 10-15K of mods depends on what you have.. they actually go by market value of the car (mods+car) once you go over 1k of mods.. You can declare the cars value depends how much you want and price gets higher.. they dont mind engine and performance mods too unlike most insurance :D Its around 218 w/ full coverage with cars value of 30K!

^^Not to mention Progressive has great customer service. That's who I have if I didn't mention that before.
