Rozz, I think I have seen your vehicle on STLSR! Is your fuel issue resolved? Also, your setup looks wicked!

about time

Look for a cool custom air to water setup here shortly out of the TT stable.

Been working on this certain someone's setup for quite some time

Glad to see more of you are looking into this. Works well, just not for the masses as usually there is too much involved (parts) and the associated costs that go along with it.

Regards-

Todd

When will this go into production? In the near future? Glad to hear that the company is also expanding its intercooling options! If you can let us know any further information, that would be amazing...

I haven't decided yet if I will offer it as an option....

just depends on response. Guess we will have to wait and see.

In this particular case I have the customers car. Makes things allot easier when doing anything custom.

But this setup I am using a Garrett air to water core(500whp rating) with custom end tanks 2.5" inlet (air) and 2.75" outlet (air) to the TB.

The resevoir is located in the area that used to be the back seat/mounted to the roll cage. (in between the main hoop posts) its a dual core tank...

ie water in the middle, with an outside core that can be filled with ice.

Regards-

Todd

Im talking about the intake pipe being remade, going into the turbo inlet. the outlet is fine. its a 20g so nothing huge.

I've been working on mine for a while, need the pump and a the silicon couplings to finish things off. Its very short piping, 90degree elbow right off the s/c outlet to the i/c and then from the bottom to the tb. Mine won't be done till the summer when I have more time to work on it. I'm using the type 9 and the 27x9x3 radiator. I also picked up an adjustable boost switch and made a simple r/c 5 minute delay circuit. So when i hit x amount of boost the i/c pump will turn on for 5 minutes, if i hit x boost again, its reset back to 5 minutes from where ever it was before. Still don't know if 5 min is the magic number, but I'll find out, maybe will add an air temp sensor to control the pump too.

From what I know you may want to look into a bigger radiator as the one that comes with the 350hp kit gets heat soaked quickly. Thats why i choose the huge radiator without fans.

I'm also running the frozenboost forge 007 style bov and its been great.

Quality is pretty good, the intercooler doesn't leak, but in terms of looks you get what you pay for. The polishing job isn't the greatest and the welds are a little sloppy, good yes, but sloppy, not exactly TT or Dezod welding ;)

Let us know how that heatexchanger works, did you get a fan for it? I'm set on running fanless but with a large heatexchanger (Type 101). Comes out to about the same price as the small heatexchanger with a fan.

I got the fan! Im also considering a water sprayer aimed at the heat exchanger. Missouri has some hot and humid summers!

LOL from what i heard straight water actually has the best cooling capacity so if your like me in Oklahoma its best to run straight water in the summer when it never gets under 32
