the one with the air water was the guy who was sponsored by ZPI, and the one with the Bell intercooler was from the Bay area. I know that won't help much...

cool, looks good so far. you can run the 12psi pulley if u have a pressure drop of 2psi. it will run safely on the trd map. i've been running it like that for over 10k miles and it is very efficient. its beastly!

You can no way in hell be running ok with a 12lb pulley and your trd map. 9.5 has been tested many times to be the 100% max. Even the 10's that were made when the places were doing their R&D reported as being too high for that tune. If you really are running a 12lb on the trd map I would switch it out, buy management (eman ultimate)/harness - and get turned before somethting happens to your engine.

He has a pressure drop of 2 pounds with the intercooler piping? So there for he is running 10 pounds which being intercooled will run fine!

Is this so called 2lb drop a fact or an assumption?

there was a gentlemen who actually tried this out before on his car with a FMIC. I believe it was actually tested as a 2 psi drop. But unfortunately he could not finish the project.

it is a fact. i lose 2psi through the fmic. you can argue all you want about the issue.

it's not a fact...but in most cases it has happened. There was a handful of people on here at least that have gotten a FMIC with s/c...and most saw around 2 psi drop...but one was only slightly over 1 psi drop...not a fact, but there is a drop in psi

^there are very few ways that you can change the shape of the piping (since there is very little space to begin with) so you know you will loose atleast 1lb and I would bet it would be 2lbs.
