It engages like stock to me. And pedal is a lil bit stiffer then stock. Now when I had the extreme pressure plate that pedal was stiffer then stiff.

No you adjust pedal. There's a 12mm Bolton the rod (behind the pedal) and loosen that and turn the rod to extend to make the clutch engage sooner or turn it the opposite way so the cough doesn't engage as close to the ground. I have mines set a 1" away from the ground to engage. Instead of stock. That's how my CC was so I got used to it.

On your twin disc do you have a pedal stop?

I do notice something the clutch is not that hard, until i get to the bottom of the floor. Is it because is over extending the diaphram on the Pressure plate. Do any of you have this issue?

It sounds like you just need to adjust the clutch (engagement point).

Yes it did, Took about 300 miles. Now The pedal feel is almost like stock, the engagement is faster than stock though. Cant feather it out like I use too with the stock.

I think that is the problem. Yesterday I drove the car to tune it. I noticed if I press just a little the gears engauge just fine. So I am going to adjust the pedal.
