At the time he posted this the information was VERY hard to come by - from what i hear - toyota didnt want it released in the past yearish its came out in the public and now its pretty common knowledge - at the time though he did all the research on his own and probably spent a lot of time figuring it out thats why he was asking for donations to make up for what he spent to uy test ecu's etc to figure it out heck he could be the reason its now publically available i dont know

At the time "OVER 2 YEARS AGO" I had to pay a chunk of cash to obtain this information from toyota directly & also had to pull a lot of stuff off to get ahold of this file. I simply asked for donations for those trying to accomplish it that wanted the file from me. And it is posted all over now because I found it years ago and have been giving the info to people starting about a year ago that do not email me demanding it or that are not rude ****** in pm thinking I owe them the file. Many of those that got the file from me posted it and that is totally cool. I am glad now that it is a known method
