I don't see one and I don't think the Greddy kit comes with one but you might want to consider a bypass/blow off valve. Otherwise you are going to surge that compressor to death. BTW the BOV will have to be welded on to the intake piping..

He had it in those pics but not installed. I believe it was this post maybe another that he said he got on it too much after installing and giving his friends rides before tunning and blew the engine. Those are the pics before it blew and the BOV was supposed to be installed I think he said that coming week. He got a new engine but not sure if it's in yet.

As for the manifold leaking I think it was a rumor or it was something that happened before the kit was released to the public. That was talked about in "Well guys, I ordered a Greddy Kit".

Does anyone know of any problems with this kit? I have heard that the emanage tune is bad and the maniflod leaks and that fitmint requires grinding. Is this all true or just bs? Any help would be great considering I am going to be installing this kit in a week or so.

the manifold was just a rumor and my heatsheild fittment was fine.....the only little things i ran into was that my O2 sensor bung was a little hard to get off since mine was crossthreaded.......overall i started up the car today and it ran fine, im just getting it tuned and ready for the road tomorrow. just finishing up on wiring for the TT and my custom vacuum manifold.

Im not saying the altenator heat shield dosent fit but why should it touch the turbo manifold? is that kinda silly if your trying not to heat up the altenator why would you want a heatshield to rest on a hot tubular manifold? i just cut and bent it a bit so it no longer touched. everything else fit great and i love the way the kit looks but also think the instuctions are very vague compared to turbonetics that a pretty much step by step in cluding fuel management which greddys lacks compleatly.
