Greddy Ultimate Question

I bought a used Turbo kit that was on a manual TC, it came with the Greddy Ultimate and 07+ Dezod P2P harness will it matter if Im using an Automatic and not a manual. Will the P2P harness work.

pinout patterns are exactly the same. unless you re-tune, it will run weird tho
