anyone pull out the stock radio and put some gauges in there with a custom mounting plate. that way they could be hidden with the fold down cover?

I will be going S/C in a couple of weeks, and i want to get gauges for engine management. I was thinking of going with the obvious boost/vac gauge, and i tink maybe i want to go with an EGT, and Oil Pressure guage? what do you guys think?

Boost and oil pressure sound great for the blower. The EGT gauge would be my choice for a third seeing how you really don't need a wideband. It's just going to be a lot of help having that boost gauge. You'll never know if you'll end up with a busted BPV.

My setup is currently EGT and Boost, with AFR coming shortly. Turbo timer is mounted on the steering wheel.

olahalo:
that's the one I got. My gauges came in on Friday as well, so, if we meet up, you can see first hand how it looks. ATI matched the color AND the texture of our dash!
But it's not mounted in my car yet.

I still think for our cars, the zeitronics is the way to go. It just fits so nice in the cubby! But I need to see my oil pressure, and if I'm going to have one gauge, I might as well have 3.

Oh, how long do you think before they kick you off for putting "Moderator" in your "where your from" field?

What boost gauge are you looking for? They got them at Dezod, ZPI, glowshift.com, promotiontuning.com, egauges.com...
