Yeah im starting to worry about 12psi, I might just lower it to 10, the higher psi is the reason im going to be running the water/meth

as for tuning, I need to start looking around for shops, In wisconsin there arnt that many good ones so im going to be looking at some ones near the Chicago area

No, I never ran meth. Constant 12 psi, with an occasional spike into the 13s on straight pump gas.
A log manifold is more than enough to hit 300. I had almost this exact setup, log manifold, nearly the same size turbo, 2.5" DP, 3" PTuning TBE, and I made 294 on PTunings dyno, pre tune, and 287 post tune (40º warmer, 7 hours of dyno heat soak) on the same dyno. An EL manifold will definitely get you another 15-25whp, but if you're just looking for 300, a log is fine. Plus, considering you have 630cc injectors, you'll have PLENTY of room to grow.

As of right now im on 440cc but im looking to get bigger, Im pretty sure 440cc couldnt get me to 12psi
Im looking to run an AEM tru boost controller, ive heard good things about it holding down the boost spike
also do you think it would do anything to get walbro fuel pump so would a stock one work just fine

instead of buying new injectors, just invest on a fuel return system (including fuel pump) and your 440 will do just fine at 12psi.. But stock fuel pump and returnless fuel system, you will max out before you hit 10 psi. And truboost is not a very good boost controller, its known for give some boost creep..

I would suggest a fuel pump for 300hp and of course 550cc injectors. Regardless if its not needed its only what 100 from dezod and it appears to be a simple install from the DIY in the Tech section. You will need it for 630cc injectors. But a fuel return setup definitely is an awesome upgrade. But more expensive. It just depends on your goals. If your fine with being around 300 its not necessary but i would get a bigger fuel pump.

I was on 550cc injectors, with a stock fuel pump, and had plenty of DC left in the injectors, and my fuel pump never showed signs of starvation. I could have run 10:1 @ 13psi all day long and the fuel pump would have kept up.

here is just my two pennies..
440cc injectors for 300hp with no other supporting fueling measures= no go
440cc injectors and fuel pump= might help a tiny bit but for 300 i dont think its enough
