Right now Im just going for around 300hp with my tranny cooler and a valve body and pro tune should be fine for that. No I dont want anymore my cars for show. ( Yes I'm 110% sure stopping at 300hp) haha I know someone will say youll always want more

I DD'd my car with just an IPT valve body and cooler on 300 whp until I blew my motor. It could however take 16psi on the transmission just not the engine. Cost like 500 for everything... Or something like that.

Do a 5 speed swap for 2k. We have destroyed 2 IPT "bulletproof" trannies. And a coulple upgraded ones.

yeah guy down here blew his auto with a dezod kit on 10psi it just could'nt handle it he then threw a 5spd in it and 320whp and a year later it still shifts like butter no grinds or nothing

not to mention the time it would possibly take the shop to build your trans, you could already have done the manual swap and have a trans ready to take 400-500hp+ for half the price

yea do a tranny swap... its cheaper and will save you money in the long run

you can find a used tranny with everything for like $600... I just bought mine for someone for $600 just need to get my Stage 2 clutch kit... and I know 2 other people that have already converted from auto to manual in the past year...

well its cause I got the waterfall and a ____ load of other stuff I stripped from the car...

I'm happy with the 239whp on my auto tranny...which needs to dyno'd again after the exhaust upgrades.
