Help me find a Rebuild Kit for a Garrett Turbo or else
The turbos been discontinued (i think)
It's a Garrett 466159- 5003 (A/R .63, trim - 57).
Cant find them in the usual spots. If you know where to find a rebuild kit than help me out.
Thanks

Garrett is attempting to phase out of selling rebuild kits to the end user. They want to eventually have you send your turbo to them and/or send it to select master dealers for rebuild.

I dont see how...people will still make rebuild kits for em...I dont think they can stop that. There is quite a few different brands of aftermarket rebuild kits out there. Garrett is going to lose out if they stop making rebuild kits available to the general public.

whats worse is that I can have a engine balanced for 200 yet to balance a turbo cost me 400. Im afraid this is only going to drive up the cost of turbo rebuilding. Its gonna get to a point were its cheaper to just buy a new turbo, its really not too far off that mark right now
