i would only tell you from experience u can go with ACT/EXCEDY/COMP CLUTCH.. ive driven all 3 on a tc and the comp and act clutch have been the best
i would suggest NOT getting unsprung if you a newby... get a clutch thats sprung because as u learn to drive it will be alot easier to get going VS and unsprung.
money wise the twin disc is gonna hurt you more ... but just a reg style clutch is great to rag on.. even for a daily..
the money ur gonna be spending Twin disc u can put on the swap...
be ready dude lol... cuz ur gonna need clutch lines, clutch pedal system, new MC, salveC, MT tranny, FLYw, Clutch... i have the list at home of all the crap u need..

i recomnd the 12 lb to help get you going and not have to rev super high to get going... but if not.. just resurface the stock and ur fine... its a nice upgrade but not too necessary.. that 350 bucks u can spend later on down the line..
oh also the driver side axle also ur gonna need. .the auto one is shorter

plz take my advise and lear your OWN car and not destroy a really expensive clutch only to replace it again when u can buy a cheap stock one get use to it maybe not even ruin it and replace it with an upgrade when comfortable

MrC knows... I just had to get an Unsprung disc. cuz one of my springs sheered off and the others were very bad- almost about to pop out.
Dont even bother getting a sprung disc. trust me!!

Trust me dont even think about getting a sprung clutch... the springs messed up my disc as well as the flywheel plate- and they cant be resurfaced!
