Its at the shop getting tuned, checked for vacuum and boost leaks, oil cooler installed and dyno'd. So what ever the culprit is it will be found and addressed accordingly.

Correct. Fuel trims take 45-60 seconds after full warm up to start making sense.

You will need load to verify the validity of the tune. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BLOW YOUR ENGINE
