I just have to finish the WG port and then have it all TIG welded up but one of the best welders in the US.

Since I do not do this all the time I will end up with around 24 hours of hard labor(but dang fun times) into this

Very nice setup. I love the flow of the piping.

Nice!

What's remarkable is that I played with a design like that about 4 months ago, but decided against it for production because most people do not want to pay $900-1200 for a manifold.

Thanks guys

This is a lot tougher than it looks in some ways, in others easier than it looks but it does take a great deal of time, especially if a bit **** like I am and nearly every joint there no gap at all. Only a few have gaps and they are very close, much closer than even needed for proper TIG welding(which means dang close

Every piece was port matched, all burrs removed, perfectly aligned, etc, more time consuming issues but if you want the best, it has to be done.

I would not even consider building these for $1k, that much effort into them even if I had a jig, all parts measured, marked and patterned I do not think $1k would be worth it to me.

That said, when asked to pay $1k or more for even a regular manifold that is not twin scroll, if built right, it is worth the cost and more, really;)

I am just dang glad I have the tools and the work ethic to do this, once in a very great while though

In the end, the biggest satisfaction is standing back and realizing you did it yourself, nothing like it in the world

Manifold, downpipe, exhaust are done and on the car, look great

installing big IC and building the piping for it, etc, just too dang busy with other things to get much time to work on it though
