Default Hot temp troubles!

Hey guys,

For a while now, my turbo tC has had hot start problems.
1. My A/C radiator fan isn't working for whatever reason (I just replaced the RDI fuse and it worked for a few days but now the fuse seems fine and the fan still doesn't work).
2. In addition, as the temperature gets hotter (intake temp and coolant temp), my mixture begins to go way lean and it misses horribly at idle.
3. If I park the car at a gas station and try to immediately restart it, it won't actually fire up until like 2 minutes have passed (consistently). Even when it does manage to start when hot, the mixture is extremely lean and the missing is terrible at idle and partial throttle.

The weird part that rules out a lot of the usual causes is.. if I reset the battery when it refuses to start, it IMMEDIATELY starts up without hesitation, every time. I'm running without my primary o2 with a Greddy Emanage Ultimate for the management. New MAF, new plugs, new fuel pump, no boost or vacuum leaks, no exhaust leaks, fuel pressure regulator has NOT been checked, coils have been swapped with another tC and no change, relays have NOT been checked.

Any ideas? I'm stumped and it's frustrating as hell to keep chasing this down :?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

What mods do you have and who tuned it?

It's a fully built motor and pte6262 turbo and I tuned it myself. I finished setting up the IAT compensation in the emanage and now I just have hot start issues occasionally, but my mixture is fine.

I believe when you reset the battery, you are forcing the ecu to relearn, and forcing the short term table to be blanked out.

I had a similar issues with a Hydra, and not running a secondary O2 sensor. My idle would suffer when it would heat up, no matter how much I played with the maps. Once I put the secondary O2 sensor back in the idle was 99% better.

Is there a table to compensate for coolant temps?
