Tips of advice for installing this kit......

1. Definetly P.M. Joe and get the install guide from him. I'm way ahead of my self because I have the car already taken apart.

2. The oil pan is a W@$RE!! Good luck with this one, toyota really got some strong sealent on this one.

3. Exhaust manifold come out super easy, O2 sensors werent bad at all....just make sure you spray a little WD40 on them.

......just waiting on fed-ex now......should be here anytime now! Ill keep ya updated.

its gonna be sweeter than a new set of snow tires. Just an FYI - I went the route w/ the MAP sensor/harness, so I'll be attempting the 11psi route. Still trying to figure out what boost controller to get. I used to have the SBC-ID III in black, but I don't know if its really necessary to spend that much.

Matt if you want something cheap and effective I'm using the Turbo XS performance boost controller (the chrome one). We're using that as a temporary boost controller but it's been working well for us in the meantime.

I was actually looking at those. People seemed to think they worked well. They ahd teh dual stage one which was cool.

I reall like the ability to adjust the set/gainj on the sbc...but that comes w/ a price I guess. May just get a cheaper one temporarily also

Yeah. I know you know how to get in touch with Paul. He can hook you up with eiter. The dual-stage is nice, I installed it on my cousins Mazdaspeed Protege, and it worked really well. Had good experiences with the basic one on mine as well so I think you'd be happy either way.

If any needs boost controllers, we have the Blitz Spec-S in stock priced at $339 with respect to electronic boost controllers. I love this one personally because it has 4 settings unlike GReddy with 2. The Blitz also has tons of functions and has a better valve with respect to response. I noticed less spike and better spool up with the Blitz when programmed properly.

We also have some manual bosot controllers in stock too.

More things... I'm going to just assume you mean an equal length tubular manifold.

wink wink nudge nudge SHOVE

BTW, I haven't looked at 7thgencivic.com but do you finally have the information about the D17 manifold? Is it a direct replacement for the current manifold or does it necessitate an entirely new piping system?
