I might have a compression issue
I have never dealt with kind of an issue before, would like some input into how bad I may be off.
Had an odd chain of events happen and will tell so you have the whole story, first noticed puffs of smoke coming from the vent in my kami hood this week. Thought as first I had just gotten some blow by and it was burning off but it continued. Car started to run funny, little putt, putt, putt at idle.
So decided to check things out today and decided to run a compression test and before I could run it found part of the rubber boot from the spark plug socket had been left in on the spark plug. Looked like it may have still been making contact so not sure there.
So did the compression test all but one cylinder was in the 160 range including the one with the goofy rubber left behind. One would not read over 120 and I disconnected, reconnected and ran a few times still the same.
All that said, how bad of shape am I in?

It is 20 at best, it does occasionally flutter just as I give it throttle. Also forgot to mention that I was geting a decent amount of smoke out the dip stick tube while it was running when I took out the dip stick.

its going to change with throttle input, at idle idealy you want 22inhg (after car warms up and at idle), 20 isnt too bad for idle but could be a sign of ring wear or just a vac leak. or valve.
