I didn't think he had Aluminum Charge Pipes, the SS ones should be very hard to crush, but I'm not sure...

I could use my impact gun on one of our clamps and it would grab extremely hard, without bending the pipe.

Thats what I was thinking, you could break the clamp before the pipe would bend lol.

Now if it was Aluminum, it would be a different story.

Yeah, thats the cool thing about the SS pipes we have... pretty cant bend them by over tightening.

Paul... I looked at a pick of your install and you have a t bolt clamp on the intake hose to the turbo... You said u were missing a t bolt clamp. Well you dont need t bolt clamps on the intake pipe going to the turbo with the filter as there is no pressure there. Take that clamp off and use it on the charge pipe and put the regular style clamp on the intake.

Have u got it back on yet? If the problem was just the pipe coming off... then thats a good and easy fix!

Always use 91+ Octane in your boosted vehicle.

93 is recommended but here in Cali, we are limited to 91.

I use only 91 here in Cali...

I attached the inter cooler piping back together but my injectors are still leaking fuel so the car with turn on, rev to 3k, then drop to 0 and turn off.

I go check on the engine and it has gas all over it...

They are seated correctly but I don't know why they are leaking gas.

Would this also cause the car to not stay on?

The injectors are leaking between where the injector meets the fuel rail

Paul, That happened to me. Your O rings are cracked. You need to go to the dealer and get replacements. They are CHEAP. I got a set for like $2 or something like that.

where can I get O rings? Autozone/pepboys?

But will leaking gas like that cause the engine to rev to 3k RPM on start up then die?

Also, I have black crap spraying out the back of my car when I turn it on...

Thats what I thought. Go get some new ones, and put them on, then hopefully you will have no more boost problems!

Black crap is normal. happens to me every single time I start the car.

Autozone or pep boys should have them. not sure what size to get though. Maybe call the dealer and ask for the size or something. But they are the super tiny ones that go on the top of the injectors where it meets the fuel rail.

You can not drive the car with it leaking fuel like that though Paul. Dont want a spark or something then have your car blow up.

Or so you think...

I got the leak fixed...I have stock O rings from my old injectors in the car.

But my car is STILL starting, revving to 3k, then dieing immediately.

It looks like all of the piping is intact at this point as well so I don't know what to do now...

Maybe something inside is shot?

I would still think there is a leak somewhere...

If there are no leaks, any smoke or anything?

No smoke from the turbine/engine bay. No smoke from the exhaust...

No smoke anywhere...thank goodness...

I did hear a loud POP when I turned it to accessory after about 20 min of the battery being pulled. I tried to yank on the IC piping and it all held.

No oil leaks or anything?

A lot of oil in your intake?
