My experience with loud POPs when turning the key to ACC has been a vacuum line flying off.
I see that you got your fuel injectors all in again, but are you sure that they are all working properly?
And you don't find vacuum leaks anywhere?
And maybe on an off chance... call over to Church's and ask if they noticed anything off when they were tuning your car?

Its not throwing any codes as of now...
sigh, so frustrated with this already.
I will check my Vac lines again and see if I find anything. I also don't know of any way to check to the injectors to see if they are working correctly.

This is so much bull____ I don't even want to talk about it right now anymore.
I will buy a freaking geo if I have to so I don't feel the need to mod it.

No smoke anywhere...thank goodness...
I did hear a loud POP when I turned it to accessory after about 20 min of the battery being pulled. I tried to yank on the IC piping and it all held.

I found a half inch in diameter hole in the intake manifold.
I don't know if it is a hole or not since I don't know what a stock one really looks like. I could stick my key through it. This is on the top portion of the manifold closest to the fuel rail.

It wont really stall...
It turns on, hits 3k rpm immediately (like its starting up) then dies immediately afterwards...
I have no idea what is wrong. I checked all of my vacuum lines and my IC piping...everything is attached now. Paul was saying it might be my Intake Mani that cracked so I posted a picture of a hole I found above.
The thing is I have nothing to compare that pic with.

I'm not really seeing the hole in the pic but I do know there is a little hole in the manny and I have a felling that's what you are talking about. If it's a clean hole like no jagged edges then it's supposed to be there.

Yeah, it has no jagged edges on that hole. I am talking about the hole near the screw in that pic. It is in that little cubby hole.
Should I change the spark plugs? I don't think spark plugs will turn the car over then die right away. Sparks should only stall it after running a while right?
You have the e-manage?
yesum, tuned by church's on Saturday...then I started to have issues...

My sparks were black but I thought it might be normal...? These plugs are only 2k miles old. But the car starts up right away. If the plugs were bad then how would the car start?

Either way, it is getting towed to a mechanic now. He is not going to charge me for labor for the most part since he is a family friend. He is taking it back to stock for me and making sure it runs fine.
I am done with all of these games at this point.
1 Blown motor, shame on me
Fix new motor, wtf was I thinking.
