Default I think i finally lost all hope with my tuner/Do i really need a return fuel system??

My tuner said i run out of fuel @ 13psi and i need a fuel return system. Ive done alot of research and it seems no one else has this issue with similar set ups. Im running
-walboro 255 fp
- dezod fuel rail
-rc 750cc injectors.
- aem ems
My goal was just to break into the 4's. its not a money issue since ive spent over 10k to get this far. Im just not into dropping another $550 on something unessecery. Any imput would be greatly appreciated!

Ill also add im running a fully built bottom end along with a gt35. It seems like the turbo is wanting more psi thrown @ it which makes sence, so im having a decent amount of lag. Other wise i would just leave it be for now

Ok, you have bottom end.. looks like investing a fuel return system is a very good buy.. you will get more out of your setup.. and safer fueling

if you paid your tuner and no numbers coz their dyno broke they better give you a refund or take your car to be tuned on another dyno.. fuel return is good for you, may not necessarily need it at 13 psi but if you want 400hp goal thats a good investment

^ i understand that, ive just been through alot with this car all last year spent enough money to buy another tc and put my wife thro hell too.lol I just want to finish this project (performance part) and be done with it. I dont have the time or space to install the system myself and dont want to pay more in labor and have my car stuck @ the shop again. Just want to break 400whp and be done with it :p

you can either fly mike(elevationtc) to you and have him tune you, or u can take the car to ptuning both i highly suggest,

on another note, on a 35r at 18 psi u must be making near or if not over... 400 hp which indeed could be the end of your fueling but at 125 dutycycle...i doubt

and then ull still be stuck with a tuner who only has tuned stis and evos...take it to some one whos the best at what they do, mike or ptuning

and flights are cheap u can pay like around 120 round trip to fly him in...and his tuning is freaking cheap skates

Boost is unimportaint. What power level are you at

When I got tuned before I had a return system I had 1 Walbro and 700s I had a ~90% duty cycle at around 375WHP.

^thats the prob idk the hp since their dyno was broken. i would be happy @ 375 but i know im not. Reason being the 2nd ems i tried with them was the fic. @ 18psi he said i was @ 365 i believe so im pretty sure im no where near 375 @13. You know what thats the other odd thing> when i was on the fic he was able to get 365. wtf
