Default IDLE A/F ratio 10.0 please help

alright, after all my other problems, i finally got my car together and running, took it home today. i let the ecu kind of get used to the new engine by cruising at about 55-60 mph for a while, now it idles filthy rich 10.0 or less, my gauge doesnt read any less.

and when im cruising, in boost, out of boost, full throttle, half throttle, it is off the gauge (over 17)

i tried disconnecting my maf, primary o2, separately and both together, it didnt help things either way, it was either too rich or too lean. i have to drive this car for a week, i cannot get it retuned anytime soon, and i dont think that is the problem, can anyone help me? pleasE!

over 17 under boost and under 10 on idel? sounds like maybe a bad wideband sensor. I couldnt see a shop letting a car leave tuned like this

Just curious, but why the ____ would you go WOT when the car is running like crap? You're just asking for even more problems.

at WOT, the car runs fine, a/f r is at about 12.8-13, every other situation it is either too lean or too rich. this car ONLY wants to run at WOT.

So why did you say it was running lean at WOT?

no piggyback

im thinking i need to get it retuned, but i dont think its just that. would the small differences with the engine make that much of a difference with the AFRs?

What injectors are you using? That is lean under boost you do not want high 12's you need low 12's and high 11's. Cruise should be around 14-15 AFR not 17.

Yea 13's under boost = car go boom - i thought you had it tuned by a shop due to the phrase " i cannot get it retuned anytime soon" sorry - so yea 05 ecu with 08 motor - never tried that but doesnt sound like a great idea - 08 motor is higher compression than 05 so i would venture to guess the base fuel/ign tune would be diff. Also what intake ar eu using? If its too large it can cause it to run lean.
