i suggest you try and pickup a dezod black box or upgrade to a FIC or ultimate so you can partial throttle tune

lol I read the turbonetics pdf like 10x before install, I was soo excited. It's like Christmas for adults.

Shaft play in/out is due to the loss of preload inside the bearing housing. This requires a full rebuild and balancing. Turbonetics turbos are hard to rebuild and only a select few shops have the proper equipment to do it. I suggest finding a new CHRA (center-housing) that is equivalent to the one you have now - 50trim, water-cooled, ceramic ball-bearing, stage 2 exhaust.

Btw, I was thinking about upgrading my injectors - they are the ones that come with the T'netics kit 630cc Motron Siemens.. PM me if interested.
