CFT seems to be pretty reputable, I don't know if its Omar's first F/IC but if you want to keep going back and having this or that tweaked and hope everything turns out okay in the end that's cool if it works for ya. Like the OP said Omar now hates the F/IC and AEM was no help to him.

CFT is most definitely going to help me out with this issue at no charge. They are good for their word and won't stand for an unsatisfied customer. We were just running out of time during that day and I needed the car for the work week. A re-tune appointment is already scheduled for thursday. Since my last posts, I've now got a few more tricks up my sleeve (thanks ElevationTC) and we should be able to make some magic happen. Omar and CFT have an awesome reputation around here, they've got quite a few magazine cars and one of their shop cars is a civic hatch in the 8's. Not to mention the DD WRX in the 10's amongst others like their S2k. I am completely confident in their ability to make this right. I am impatient as well but at the same time, I have a tune that is safe for daily driving to fall back on and I know I'm going to get my moneys worth. I have already received tons of support from the shop and locals who have dealt with them in the past. Nice to know that there are real people working on my car instead of robots that won't return your calls or tell you tough **** if their tune is bad. Customer service has a lot to do with my affiliation with businesses.

Like I said, that's fine if that's what you choose to do.
I'm just slightly more impatient.
I just don't like the need to drive back and forth 2 hours every time.
If I had to that's one thing but I was fortunate to find SL members happy to help em and tweak, look at the tune, modify their own tunes, create tunes and look at my logs until they got it right so that was worth much more on the street than the dyno.

I'm glad to hear that SL members can come together and help each other out. For my daily driver (has to be reliable) I tend to stray away from street tuning. I'm not going for huge numbers, I just want the idle/cruising afr's leaned out a bit and the car tuned for 9 or so psi. We'll have it resolved in a short matter of time and I'll post my dyno results. In the meantime, I'll just commute to work and back (10 miles) at 12.5-13 AFR idle/cruise and 10-11's at WOT with 264 whp on CFT's mustang dyno. I'm not in terrible shape. I'm just a perfectionist

After being street tuned and comparing that to the dyno tune i'm at a loss at how the dyno tune is in any way supposed to be better.
My tC is my DD and I know for a fact the street tune is so much better than the dyno tune. You get to see how the car drives in reality instead of on a 3000 lb roller ball. I am still going to Ptuning by for the most part for now my street tune is awesome for my DD, no hiccups and the AFR's are on point, exactly where they should be.
I know there is a great debate going on about which is better, etc. I suppose if you hae a tuner that knows what they're doing each works great.
