Oh we can spar!

That was me taking it lightly....lol. J/K. I'm going to work on the second video hopefully today. Right now, I'm about to go install the Mishimoto, so I may and may not have time to do the second vid today. Well see.
Rhythm..

If you can, please post up a detailed log of the install if you can. I'll be doing this sometime within the next month hopefully.

Mishimoto is in. Took all of about 15 mins to drop in. I have good clearance still, even with a 90 coupler coming off the turbo straight at the radiator. Then again, I have a single slim line fan and not stock fans. It took a lot of coolant to fill up. After running the car, I could actually touch the Mishimoto unit for a couple of seconds vs the stock one that was like sticking your hand in fire basically if you barely touched it.

Adds some nice bling to the engine bay too..

I can get a pic of my clearance if anyone prefers to see it mounted; uses all stock radiator mount points.

I guess I'll have to back off before you do something extreme.

I would hope a fully prepped tC time attack car with a full cage and built motor would beat my RX8, otherwise that driver really blows. I was only 6 seconds slower than the new Viper at the last event, which says a lot given what little mods I have done so far.

Keep in mind I'm trying to race competitively on a track for specific race classes. There's certain things I simply can not do with the car.

A video will come if all goes well and I end up racing this saturday.

Good stuff. Looking forward to seeing it

I am officially in on the Nasa Time Trials for this coming Saturday. It's on August 16th at the Firebird race track if anyone is local (in AZ). I'm currently HPDE2 right now. Hopefully I can get to HPDE3 over the weekend.

Anyone that wants to meet with me prior to the event at the gate is welcome to.

If anyone needs some Nitto Invo tires let me know. I have a set of 245/45/18s with less than 1k of miles on them.

That's actually pretty cheap at best. Most events are close to $200.

Our Dezod event only charged $70 and gave everyone over a half hour of track time with experienced instructors
