Default injector help.!!!

I have a greddy turbo kit with the emanage blue tuned to 5&1/2 psi with 440cc injectors. I recently purchased a brand new td05 18g turbo to put on to replace my old one. But this one has a 8 psi internal wastegate actuator on it instead of the 5 & a half. is it ok to put 550 cc injectors on and run With the same tune for about 2 weeks until I go c my tuner? Or should I keep the 440s on until I go c him.

Whenever you change the amount of boost your car was originally tuned for you definitely need to have the car retuned for your motors sake. 550cc's will definitely get the job done for 8 psi.

as long as you stay out of boost you will be fine.

*edit* i didnt see the injector part. your car will not idle correctly. just take a socket set with you and arrive an hour early for your appointment and put the new injectors in on site.

True indeed. I know it's hard for me to stay out of boost, but I'm sure the OP can manage until his tuner gets it retuned.

My opinion would be yes. Like Syldrin said just show up an hour early, bring and couple wrenches and the socket set and put in the 550cc's before you go in to have your car retuned.
