I have an 05 tc with the standard greddy kit (18g turbo, 440cc injectors, emanage blue). I've checked the wiring several times, and have the fuel settings on the emanage down to the lowest level, yet my injectors are still spewing fuel.

I've hit a brick wall with what else I might even check, and I'm just looking for some input as to what else could be going on. The car will crank flawlessly, then as soon as it settles from the cranking rev, it chugs, spits fuel, and stalls due to flood.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

i think i read somewhere its the dipswitch settings, i dont know them personally but maybe some one can explain some more.

check the O-rings...i had the same problem and it was the O-rings

the jumper issue i think was only in the emanage ultimate. not sure about the blue.

I checked the jumpers, and the jumper settings are correct. With the o-rings, am I just looking to make sure they're seated properly on the injector?

and that there's no play in them...squeeze the sides of the o-rings...if there's play, then they're bad

oh and while ur at it, get rid of the wastegate and get an external one :D

well, i pulled out my injectors. needless to say, my o-rings were fried. thanks for the input

glad to help...same problem with mine when we put on my s/c setup...good thing is they're cheap and u can get them at autozone

Ok. the final resolution looked more like this:

the rubber grommets from the injector to the head were bad, and I had a pinched wire on one of my injectors, so it was running wide open. Everything is running solid now, except the extreme need for a tune
