Injector Size Too Small on TRD S/C ??

Injector Size Too Small on TRD S/C ??
So, now that we know the TRD injectors on the S/C kit are 400cc (see thread: TRD Injectors are 400cc), I am wondering if there are too small.
Sure this is all academic, but if I go to a site that has a formula to find the proper injector the math is fuzzy.
I went to

http://www.rceng.com/technical.aspx
I use the following:
Crank Horsepower: between 230-250
# of Injectors: 4
Consumption: between .55 and .60
Max Duty: .80
Why so high on the hp? We know that TRD advertised 200 hp, and soon learned from end user dynos that this was 200 at the wheels, not at the crank. Some a hair above, some a just a hair under.
Factoring some value for drive-train loss (between 10-20% I arrived at that figure)
since I don't think we have any verifiable dta on the crank horsepower for the s/c.
So when I plug in those values, even being conservative it comes in way off. Not sure if I should be using different values for consumption or duty. I also am using the default fuel pressure.
So, what does everyone else think? Is the math right?

ah.. its cake... disconnect the battery. remove the plastic valve cover and that will expose your fuel rail. there should be two nuts either 8, 10, or 12mm holding it down. once those are removed, you can pull up your fuel rail and injectors. not sure about the trd injectors, but the rc injectors say the rateing on them without even having to remove the injector from the rail. once your done, just repeat the process backwards. if you do it, let me know what they are
