They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Sport City Toyota to anyone in the Dallas metroplex.
I believe most of the supercharger problems people are having are due to improper installation. 9 or 9.5 psi pulleys are not the problem. However, according to warranty conditions, it voids warranty.

Well at mine he's installed 3 that I'm aware of. The first one has a leak and the other two don't so he must've found the torque specs after the first, lol. He's a cool guy though, seems to know his stuff pretty well.

its a good deal for what you get. my car is now quicker but easily a daily driver. if you want more power you would need to perform some other mods along w/ the s/c.
If you added 47-52whp w/ the s/c - if you wanted to add a 9.5pully and get a tune and people are running around 240something whp (just something for people to think about). thats like adding another 100% of what your supercharger gave you. If you think of the s/c is a stage one and after your warranty or after 1yr (however it works out for you) ...you can add a decent amount of added power for $1g.
My answer is - I like it. And for the actual amount of added $ compared to a turbo - it wins.

It may just be a coincedence that those with problems after installing pulleys could be the ones who were the first of us to have their installations performed at the dealer; therefore, those mechanics might not have had prior warning to be very careful with the torque-ing. It is entirely possible after the first round of complaints came in about the leaks TRD warned their mechanics about torque-ing the bolts. But this is all conjecture of course.
