then you know that the injectors you are going to get will be too big. I really want to see your dyno sheet because we all know about how much hp you get out of 9lb, 10lb, and 12lb - and it generally translates to 10whp per 1lb

^^sounds about right. and with the FMIC, you probably won't see 14psi either. but we won't know until he gets it done. best of luck, but like jwaggz, i think you'll fall short of 350whp.

i'm running 700cc from deatchwerks and it's barely on 20% duty cycle for 13.5 psi...thats on a very safe tune too since i'm currently not running any meth or means of cooling the charge.
20% duty sounds a lil ridiculously low. Are you 100% sure about that? Maybe at cruise, yes.

can't say i'm 100% but i'm pretty sure. he was trying to add more fuel after 3500 rpm so that i can run a small dry shot but for some reason he couldn't figure out why the emanage wouldn't let him do that, unless it was throughout the entire rpm band. he mentioned it wasn't letting him go past 20%. i do know that i still have plenty left on my injectors even if i do decide to add more to my setup (nitrous isn't running).

Maybe that's not duty cycle.. maybe that 20% was percent fuel increase on the fuel map?

Well, since paul at dezod is tuning the car i wanna purchase what he suggests! He's tuned the supercharged scions before and run into a fuel problem. I dont feel like buying two sets of injectors. And plus if i go 880s and there to big, its better then being to small always room to go bigger

Thanks everyone though!

Ace, I think what Paul was saying was that the larger injectors are required because usually S/C guys don't have an intercooler cooling off the intake temps, so to fight against detonation, they need to cool off the combustion with more fuel.

So assuming an S/C guy has the same setup as a turbo, regarding I/C and such, they will probably require the same injector size for the same hp levels.

You're more than welcome to try it for sure, but I have my doubts. Only time will tell. Let me know either way
