Mine is the opposite, its my initial cold start that is the problem, once the car is running I have 0 issues.

Koyo fits flawless in the tC. Thicker than OEM without a doubt, however my only gripe with the one we just did for a local customer was that the upper drain **** would not seal when we installed it. Fluid leaked severely out of it. The drain **** would not seal nor back out no matter what was done. We had to pull the rad, drain it, then remove that drain **** to find out that it looked like Koyo had welded that bung with the fitting inside it therefore all of the aluminum threads where destroyed and caked onto the fitting. We then got an alternative fitting and sealed it up on our own.

Your build is finally coming along nicely Jester. Way to go.

fitment was great, the only problem I have is the way that my ic pipe routes coming of the turbo, it runs along the bottom very close to the radiator. So what I ended up having to do is only run one of the bottom radiator bushings(drivers side). What I will probably do is design and offset bushing for the other side. I just went ahead and put a piece of rubber hose on the other side just in case it ever got close to the hole.

I had this exact issue with the Mishimoto, you can see in a couple of the pictures the white spots, that is the damn radiator fluid spraying from the Mishimoto. I believe Travis had the exact same issue with the Mishi. So far Koyo seems to be doing great. We will find out next weekend when I have it on the track!

I was hoping to get re-tuned with higher boost(15psi) this weekend, but its not going to happen. So will be at the track on 4psi....sucks...but hey, at least it will be on the track.

Mishicrapo is what I like to call it. Hate that top left ****. I'm going Koyo soon enough.

That reminds me B. Toupy said that if we have EZ-ups we should bring them, along with a ice box full of water bottles cause it's going to be sunny for us workers. I don't have an EZ-up, guess I'll just use my umbrella.

I have one I can bring, I wonder if we can request to work together, or if they are only going to have 1 person/station

Yeah usually 1 person/stations. Only one time have I had to work with another guy at another event. That was on Grid. I think Grid is the only station that has multiple people on it.
