I can't and won't answer for Justin on the rest, but yes we can and do offer Comp Turbo. If need be, the identical to what he is running. Our TBB upgrade for our kit and Turbonetics is Comp Turbo:

Very nice! Did you spray into the intercooler on all the runs?

While I commend you on a ABSOLUTELY beast of a tC and your hard work put into it....congrats to your lady and you for bringing yet another 500hp tC to the mix.

On the other end, I have to say that Using the Dezod kit to do it....seems like it took a LOT of work to get it to break 500whp. You had to add the addition of Race gas and spray the intercooler with Nitrous/Cyro to get it to make 500whp. Seeing the dyno sheet I'm sure you say it's all in the tune as to why it's choking up top. I think though honestly, if we are being real with ourselves and knowing what we all know about turbos, the car could benefit greatly from a 3 inch exhaust and EL manifold. It would not have to work no where near as hard to make 500whp and you would be able to do it on Pump gas to boot.

I say it's AWESOME! But could be better...with less work and cost to create/sustain that power level.

Justin,

Congrats on build. I'm waiting for details and issues about this setup not yet posted. Thanks for the order by the way.

That was co2, and it ran out half way through ,as I only could steal so much from our store.. LOL.. we have 2 resturaunts, so I had to leave some.. HAHA.. The in car run was around 500 whp at a little less boost. I could easily hit those same #'s with the tune like it is now, I just finished with it, and am working on VVTi settings valve #1 as we speak, it will take some time with the VVTi.

Of course, with a bigger DP and such it will have less backpressure so it will spool sooner and make more HP, No one can argue that. but at 23 psi, I think that is a great amount of HP! youll see 30 psi very soon.. trust me, and it will stay together. fingers crossed..lol

Yes I kept it simple it was 15 degrees all the way from 4000-7600.. It now (after me fully tuning it, looks like this for example on the timing:

if this were the aem map, RPM and load points

@ 5000 rpm= 16.8, 5400= 16.8, 5800=16.8, 6200= 17.6, 6600=18.0, 7000-18.0, 7400=18.4, 7800= 18.8

it is much smoother and pulls harder

So, the only thing left on the kit that's Dezod is what? Manifold, and intercooler pipes and piping?

Any log manifold cracking issues come up?

Get some motor mounts that will help alot. Turbo manifolds can alot of the times crack.. Mine is fine.

I also have the ingalls stiffy dampner to help some as well.

Dezod is working on some new things, and I cant wait

I highly reccomend this turbo, and have never had 1 problem with comp and have used 9 different turbos from them with 0 failures, I cant say that about some other companys..

I think for the street this combo would be killer.. 61-63mm, with a .63 ar. you can make big #'s and spool about like a 61 with a .48 ar

the pricing there saling the kit for and water lines and everything you need is worth every penny..
