journey back to stock
#21
but im also kinda thinking about rebuilding the motor but i dont know if i should do a stock basic rebuild or if i should get like a built non sleeved block for dezod cause after core it would be like 1600 i think and thats a pretty good deal to me but im not really sure how far i should take this cause my power goal is some were around 3 to 350 what do u guys think

If 300 is your power goal, you can reliably make that on a stock motor with proper tuning. If you want to go to 350, it can be done, but can also be unpredictable. With good fuel and a great tune it could be reliable. Anything over 350 is asking for trouble on a stock bottom end.

okay i think ill stick with 300 i want it to be reliable cause it my daily driver so if i rebuild it ill just do a stock rebuild and i have a question about my turbo it has miner shaft play like side to side and a little up and down but no in and out play is that okay cause i have read that its not a big deal and then i have read that its not good

I think you pay 1000 dollars additional to the price up front then you get that money back once they receive your core making the price of the block 2600. I may be understanding it wrong though...
