Some lawyers dont cost anything if you don't win the case.

That's what I am saying get those lawyers that don't get paid till you do. I mean what's the worse that can happen.

I know I have heard it a lot of times on the radio down here in miami. I mean its not free. They will get paid once you get paid from whomever your taking to court.

Kenny sent me a tune once a couple years back that was just ridiculous, seems like he set it up that way so detonation would happen. It was like he had a three year old mess with it. Too bad i still dont live in Houston, i would have loved to run into him.

Those lawyers 99% of the time are ambulance chasers, aka knowing they will, at minimum always get a settlement (aka, never actually have to "win" the case) out of the defendent, which is a larger company, etc. In other words, if it is not a pretty sure clear cut case, they wont take it anyways.

I seriously doubt a lawyer would go into this without a retainer fee since the odds are substantially lower that, even if you win, any money will be there to go after.

^yea i been through this kinda of situation and they only take a case without fee when they KNOW they'll make their money, i would recommend you to take him to small claims court, you pretty much represent yourself and granted you have enough evidence you are likely to win

^^ Tip: Sounding totally illiterate probably doesn't convey confidence that "your the man to get their company back on track"... at least that is what I have heard

So if pi know all this and know the guy that Kenny owes 200,000 find Kenny with that guy and tell turbochargers.con where exactly he is. It easy to say what state he is in but not easy to point exactly where the man is.

Default Elliot from New York

Well I would just like to say that I just recently Dealt with David on a rather large order and it went flawlessly. David went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I paid for. I would do business with him again in a second.

As far as dealing with Kenny goes my shop used to be a "ZPI Dealer" He was horrible to deal with....Example: We were doing a full a build on a customers engine including porting and polishing the head, 1mm oversized valves and full ferrera valvetrain. Kenny actually sent everything in a timely manner,BUT he sent standard size valves. It took almost 4 months and a lot of threats to get the correct valves from him. We did finally get them and complete the job but by that time the customer was FURIOUS so we had to eat a lot of profit on that build as well as sullying the reputation of my shop......THANKS ZPI!!!!
