Looks like they came out with a version of the kit to fit newer style MAF cars! My buddy has this kit on his 05 and it rips! I always wanted this kit,so I am glad they came out with a solution for the newer cars Now just to save my pennies to get it....

I'm running a slightly modified Turbonetics kit! I bought mine used. If you do buy that kit definitely go with a water cooled BB upgrade it makes things much more reliable, and I would suggest not going the route of a Unichip if you plan on doing more modding.

The $3200 does not include fuel and engine management. It's a tuner series kit like this:

I always thought it was great! In the past the kit was a bit out of my price range, but for the quality of the parts you get, I think it is a deal now Looks like you an get the AEM FIC instead of the UniChip if you prefer.
XPRTc- I assume you like the kit?

Yeah the kit's pretty sweet. It's aesthetically nice and it's got some goodies. I've swapped out the 35mm Turbonetics Evolution wastegate for a 38mm TiAL and I just bought a TiAL Q blow off valve to replace the Turbonetics Raptor BOV since I'm going to fab up a blow through set up. I'm running an APR X1 EMS too.

If I had to do it all over again I would look for:
-Equal length manifold
-Larger turbo
-Blow through set up

It's a solid kit, but there are others out there that are comparable and even better in my opinion.

I've been running one for years but it's the 2nd gen kit with the watercooled BB setup. I swapped out my WG for a Tial 38mm as well and went with the .6 bar spring. I'm running on a Greddy EMU and SS Fuel Enricher. It spools stupid fast and I have no complaints at all. Not one single problem. Ask ElevationTC how he likes the kit. He's got a different turbo because he got his second hand but fit and finish is beautiful IMO. Mine will be for sale soon though I just bought a house in time to lose my job

Luckily, (and intentionally) my mortgage including insurance and taxes is only 447/mo. Even if I lose everything else, unemployment will cover that with just one check

Good thing. In MN where I live your mortgage would be 4-5 times that much!!! Good luck on the job hunting though.

I've paid more than that for health insurance or a car payment! I'm happy to hear that my taxes won't be paying for your mortgage default unlike so many others who borrow more than they can afford to pay.

It'll probably go down to around 410 or so after I file for homestead exemption and my newer higher deductible homeowners insurance takes effect. Either way, I'm debating on selling my awesome kit to put more money into the house o.O (spoiler alert lol)

46,500. 3 bed 2 bath 1 car extended garage. New tile/carpet throughout. Seller paid for all failed inspection areas. I got back $1850 at closing and put down nothing! Perks of passing the Real Estate License exam and having a Realtor who is your mother I'll get pics up sometime.

After paying all interest over 30 yrs, total will be 52k. I doubt it'll take me that long lol.

Holy hell! That's the steal of the decade there. Congrats on your new money pit, obsession and living quarters! Good luck. So when's the house warming party?
