Why don't You drive down here, so I can run and beat you... I'll let Brian chop at Munch all day, perhaps Kenny would like a slice of that pie too... You do know the ShootOut is coming up...

Just out of curiousity though, why is it that every vid I have seen of Munch's car in action, it's high 13sec times? Where are the "I'm built motor" passes?

That's exactly what I've been saying. I ran a 9.200 even 1/8th on my 1/4 mile runs on the prepped track when I got my best run. The fact that I was able to manage a 9.25 on this 1/8th was amazing to me.

And yes, seriously, Rhythm - you need to come up here and run!

You come down here and run. And I don't do 1/8th mile tracks. Why even run 1/8th when you run the 1/4 and get 1/8th mile times anyway?

By the time either one of us get around to traveling in either direction just to spend a day at the track, I would have TT'ed up my 350z by then... (which is my late 2008 project goal).

PS....Scion ShootOut, going to be there?

You know MikeScion has driven down to ZPI quite a few times. He is from Jersey, so I am surprised that you all have not meet up with him and caravan down here. The track is basically next door to ZPI....lol.

1) Munch was specifically asked to "tone down" his car by ScionVIP - they wanted to keep it fair.
2) The other video I have, he specifically toned down his car to keep within the 13-second race bracket. Outlaw class (12.99 and faster) is a _____ of a class to compete in. and that 1 run I videoed he BRAKED at the end. I did that several times too to make sure I didn't break out above my dial-in times. That's what bracket racing's about - consistency, not getting the best time possible all the time.
3) My show/work/airsoft/other event schedule is way too full for a trip out of the region. I'm even skipping out on Scikotics Asylum (most likely) because I can't take the days off from work.

You sounded a little harsh with the #'s break down. I was just asking a question is all.

I don't bracket race, so that's all you had to say really was that you guys prefer bracket racing. I'm just a heads up-all out kinda racer. You said 13sec bracket, does he not tune it to low 13secs instead of High 13sec, or is low to unpredictable?

About the event schedule....LOL...sounded like you assume I'm just sitting at home and do nothing but race at the track. Man, I got in just this month....Scion Backstage, Slammin and Jammin, and our chapter meets. Next month is Asylum as you know, then probably after that will be the Scion ShootOut, then my vacation down to FL., Nopi in Knoxville, TN, Nopi in Atlanta......and those are events JUST for the tC...

The Z has Drifting/Autox/Track events I'm trying to hit up with it. Boy I tell ya....I think the days should be longer than 24hrs..

I just wanted to make it all clear. That bracket racing he was dialing in a 13.2. Not high 13's. He got a 13.7 I believe in the video i have on my youtube. That's cuz he braked at the end.

I'm not sayin your schedule's not full either. It's just that mine's TOO full.

You plan on blowing up your car?

Do you mean competition in the form of other xA's, or just other fast cars in general? As just about every N/A'ed tC that was at the last ShootOut is now Boosted with their kits of choice. So, the script might be flipped on you...

At the shootout here it was xA vs xA, xB vs xB, tC vs tC. No mixing.

And IIRC he's blown up 2 engines

Mine is TOO full to be doing all the driving...

I was just curious, cause I have not seen any videos faster than the 13.7 that was posted a while back.

Here, it's the same. The tC's went against the tC's when it came to competition time.

2 blown up engines...maybe someone needs to re-evaluate a few things...

Last year that was no problem competing with the tC's. But i've reached the limit of my motor, 2 times already, there is not more i can squeeze out of my car. tC's are faster this year in gereral.
Nobody has even come close to beating me in an xB or xA though.

Yeah I know, but I do know a couple of xB's that would give you a HELLA run for your money....

Don't forget ZPI has their own Boosted xB.

And yeah, all those N/A'ed tC's that were there last year.......ALL of them are boosted now.
