at least you are running rich.. idid you throw cels? and still with those hiccups? how often you make a stop? this sucks i thought the blackbox completely fixed the lean afr with mine but today im getting p0171 over and over and now afrs are back to 14.7-15.5... yesterday when i installed it was like 14-14.7 all day.

question when it says open loop, what does it mean?

thats because your stock ecu senses whats going on and changes a disconnect of your battery and then reconnect should change it back to the way it was.

yup the battery was disconnected when i was working on the ecu installing the blackbox.. then turned it on a lil crappy until the ecu adjusted to the map. now its back to the way it was. it could be that yesterday the ecu hasnt fully adjusted. but today was like 15 deg hotter though..

on the other hand im starting to suspect the injectors, i just bought it from someone and he said its 550s but it doesnt say there, im gonna have these tested too

Ok so i suspected the injectors was the problem being not the right size set on the emanage parameters so i tried to put it 440 from 550, it ran better and i could actually cruise without suddenly getting lean and hiccup, looks like the guy sold me a smaller injector than the 550 he told me.. but have to observe it though maybe the ecu will relearn it put it back the way it was..

question, does any one know if the trd injectors for the superchargers are denso injectors or they are really branded trd?

Thats what im trying to find out if theyre really denso 550, or a smaller one or the SC injectors.. Flow testing will confirm this, but from a 20 min drive last night it did cruise better with a richer mixture and the P0171 code didnt came out, im gonna try today if it stays like that.

I think the trd injectors are denso and they are 400c, I will check when I get out of work. So you have the emanage not fi/c ?

yeah i have the emanage.. ^^ that would help.. but they might be real 550s, i tried it at wot and now theyre rich afr 10 maybe lower, used to be 11.5 at 550 setting.. but this setting should be perfect to cruise to the tuner.

I was talking with someone over at Turbochargers.com and your car came up..

They're wondering if you ever got it retuned and dyno'd? They were perplexed on why your hp numbers were so low.

yup they were all surprised with the low numbers as they have tuned tc that gave better numbers than mine.. after I get the issues fixed, I will dyno again

I just got my manifold to turbo gasket installed so the leak right there should be fixed, the other issue that might be a big factor is my maf sensor not reading the right Air intake temp.. my scangauge show 19F on start up, thats crazy low the night temp here is 75F, at noon time when temperature is 95-100 the highest it will go is around 80F, thats too low when you expect it to read way high coz of the hot engine bay.. I noticed it gone crazy after the tune, but I have a new AIT sensor coming after i install it, I will do dyno on my turbochargers tune and my street tune
