Is there any pressed bearings involved in the seal replacment , I guess what I am asking is after you remove the large bolt on the jack shaft end and remove the allen screws to split the housing, does the housing have to be pried apart. I am not sure how I am going to procede with my leaking seal it is not leaking very much no drips but I dont think I want my dealer messing with it they havent even installed a T/C, I called TRD and they said I had to take it to the dealer they wouldnt just RMA it.

Yes there are 2 of them pressed in, if you open it up chances are your going to break one of them. It figures all the stress is on the smallest most expensive bearing too. Toyota will just put a new blower in the car, they cant service them. You need a special 12pt 13mm socket though to remove the bolt on the jack shaft. If you dont know what your doing when you put in this blower and mistorque stuff you can seriously mess stuff up.

It goes away and its quiet as it normally is after warm up.

As far as pricing goes its as follows:
Great Rebuild- For a great rebuild kit its 250 dollars. That includes the 2 impeller bearings with ceramic *****, 2 out shaft bearings (OEM) and 1 double sided output shaftseal
Epic Rebuild-For a Great rebuild + ceramic out put its 120 dollars extra(they are expensive because the ***** are so big)
If you want me to install it its 400 dollars for the Great Rebuild. That 400 dollars includes the parts, labor, and return shipping on my part. It will be 2-3 day ground. Typically the turn around time is going to be 1 day.

If you have any questions or anything like that dont be afraid to call me ANYTIME.

Dont rebuild until it is broke. Some s/c last 60k+ on stock internals.
