u can simply cut the bolts, there's no problam with that

I dont have the turbo kit so I cant say I know much about this, but, I see no reason why the bolts being long would cause any problem unless it causes you to not be able to tighten them down all the way..maybe you can try using some high temp rtv along with your gasket? and alternate tightening the bolts down a little at a time

So far, sealent has not worked, it was blown out under pressure, the reason the bolts dont work is because the holes that are tapped on the manifold arent tapped all the way or vice versa.

I may have a thin stainless gasket unused at the pad. I'll check tonight. Ill throw it in an envelope and mail it it I can find it.

got it, i put two washers instead of just one and tightened them down like no other. and no more gap.

3. me, i put my hand near the seperations in hte setup and felt the air rushing out.
