Sounds about right. Depending on elevation too, that makes a difference.
Most of our kits make 245-250whp on the S1 with the base boost. In AZ, at 2k above sea level, Scottsdale tC made 235whp on a "real world" dyno.
So I'd say you're in good shape. I'd just be concerned with your Air/Fuel values. If you have a good fuel curve, hit the track up and have some fun! That's what's important.

With respect to elevation, yes that can play a huge role because the air density and how the fuel atomizes. Play with the little calculator for example....

Use the following inputs:
Current Elevation From Sea-Level: (+/- 10,000 feet) 525
Current Horsepower: 250
New elev1 from sea-level: (+/- 10,000 feet) 2000
Hit calculate and you will see how Kelly had lower numbers in comparison to Matt who made 260whp on stock boost.
