well i just tryed to start it up... is it suposed to sound like it has an exhaust leak from hell? because i don't have a dump tube yet? also oil shouldint come out of the exhaust mani should it? i think that is just where i spilt some oil..... also i put 4 qt's of royal purple in it now i checked my oil and im like half a quart low... that because some oil went into the turbo?

yay Weezy
If those are the only problems then
As far as the exhaust manifold, it took me awhile to get that one licked. You can order a new OEM exhast manifold gasket and use RTV to seal that SOB up. If you use your old gasket it may leak like hell since it has already been used, even with RTV. Like it sit for an hour to allow the gasket to cure then tighten down the bolts.
Your leak at your downpipe, I also had one there. I have the Dezod s-pipe so the stock gasket wouldn't seal. I had to order the Dezod gasket and new spring loaded bolts, once I did that it ran like a champ with no more exhaust leaks.
As far as the oil, it probably is just when you spilled some oil when you were refilling. As long as it isn't spewing oil where you have your tee coming out of the block and your oil pressure gauge is reading ~60 or higher on a cold start you are fine, just check for your leaks as it idles. You know the exhaust leak is causing it to seem lean but just let it idle and check for any other fluids or leaks. What is your vacuum reading at idle?
FIX EETT....FIX EETTT NOW

where is your O2 sensor and wideband connected? if its on the downpipe, that exhaust leak on the spipe shouldnt do anything.. it sounds to me that its an install issue more than the hardware issue. and running without dumptube shouldnt make exhaust leaks
