iv always ran 2 step colder...just my preference

dont forget vac hose, synthetic oil (some use 10w30 i always used the mfg suggested 5w20), boost controller if you wanna up the boost over the wastgate spring pressure (mbc are cheaper fyi), small hose clamps for vac hose, red rtv or something similer, teflon tape to seal any threaded fittings, turbo to mani gasket, 2.5 doughnut gasket, you dont need to replace the exhoust manifold gasket but if you got some extra cash go ahead. thats about all i can think of besides maybe zip ties...

yep...you need one length for wastgate, one for bov, one for fic, one short piece for boost gauge, one short piece for vac block. all of them are different sizes i think but the one for the bov will fit the boost gauge sensor. (atleast with an aem boost gauge it does)

wastegate is going to be 1/4" ID

i believe the BOV is 1/4" or 3/16" ID

boost gauge and F/IC are both 1/8" ID

get some fuel line (not fuel injection line) from autozone/checker

you will also need about 4 feet of 3/8" ID hose for the vacuum block connectors (if youre going to run it off of the brake booster line)

every thing looks correct except for the wastgate...its prong is larger than the bov...the boost gauge is the same size as the wastgate (if its the same as the aem)

i think the bov and fic are the same (pretty sure of it)

i know that my 38mm TiAL takes a 1/4" line (ive had to buy a few extra feet for all of my different setups with and without the manual boost controller. he has a bosch bpv (as do i) and it has a 3/16" ID hose attached to it.

i am not sure about the the boost gauge fitting...

according to the F/IC manual, it is also a 3/16" ID hose connection...
