hmm todd definitely changed the pipe design.. mine wasnt like that.. but try to position it some more, it looks like you just need to adjust the pipes

i think you have the pipes wrong.... the cold side (anything after the intercooler and ending at the TB) should all be the same size pipe. same thing goes for the hot side pipes. it looks like you had a different size pipe at the intercooler trying to meet up with large size pipe comeing from the TB. I see a trasition coupler on that smaller pipe is why i guessed that.

yea both pipe's comeing from the i/c are 2" the charge pipe and air filter pipe are 2.5.... i think with more adjusting i will get it prolly pipes will be rubbing but ill get it ill just get some tie straps with some rubber piece's in between its gonna be a tight sqeeze .. im running my vac line's now and hooking up the rest of the boost gauge i forgot my 24mm wrench at work so i cant take the oil press sensor off to do my oil fittings today lol

Ahh the frustration of the install....I remember that. Headaches, money spent on additional parts amongst other things. You'll get it all figured out pretty soon. You'll be boosted soon bro!

I don't recall having to force in anything. 1/8" npt should do it but you just said something about that is off. That's one hole that you don't want to strip out.

i just used a 1/8th npt brass threaded coupler (short style). it only goes in for about 2-3 threads. the hole for the stock sensor is tapered so if you can find an 1/8 npt tappered thread coupler then that would be best but a regular 1/8th npt will do. use teflon tap, it is your friend but just be carefull not to have loos pieces of it cloging up the hole.
