Actually I really dont see the crank pulley being a problem. But I also am not sure I trust it either. Did you buy one and you are just not going to put it on?

If I don't use it I might sell it. I'll decide pretty soon if I want to keep it and use it. I'm pretty sure that I'll put it on there though

hope it holds for ya... i myself have never had a problem with a crank pulley, but the more I read about them the less "easy" i become...

Yeah. I'm constantly keeping $1000 in the bank for a new engine if I ever need one as well. I'm thinking about picking one up at the end of this year for build but idk yet.

Are there going to be any problems wiht the belt slipping with such a small pulley at that boost level?

Shouldn't be. NST gave me a belt number and I ordered a gatorback last night from summit so I can get it by Saturday

haha... i took one apart and it aint that bad at all... you seem like a prety mechanically inclined guy kytc... im pretty sure you could do it yourself... im probably gonne be doing my own here over winter...deciding on NA or FI... decision decisions

im running into "good" high compression piston problems without going to JE and having them custom make me some because i got a quote and it was S C A R Y

nope... kytc probably has the fastest SCed car in the country... i with that overdrive and the tiny thing he calls a pulley he'll probably be pushing around 18psi is my guess...

^It is their lightweight stock size crank pulley. The boost pulley is 14lbs but I'll be pushing about 11-12lbs out of it on my stock engine, for a few months at least, cough cough, lol

Interesting. i thought NST said they couldn't run an overdrive crank pulley because something was in the way...I dunno. Cool though.
