well guys im running low on cash for this build but im down to only needing fuel injectors and oil lines. Heres my question:

For now ill only be pushing about 10-12psi on pump gas since im gonna be running the FIC for now. Next year though ill be switching it up to a standalone and fuel return setup but id also like to convert to E85 rather than trying to run water/meth and pump gas for my power goals. Question is would 850cc injectors with fuel return setup be enough to hit my power goals on E85?

Nice build you have going on there. Question though....wouldn't it be a little overkill autoXing with a 500whp tC? I can only imagine you'll be spinning tires like crazy throughout the session.

I should have been more specific with this. 500whp will be for when i drag race and do future time attack sessions. When i do autox ill be running off the wastegate spring pressure wich would probably put down about 300.

As far as manuels go they are interchangeable. Not sure about auto's though. There is a slight difference in the older and newer trannys but they will bolt up and run normal. I would now

finally some pics of the 7th day of the build. These were the pics of the day that i installed my motor. Pics of the 8th and final day of the build soon to come when i can upload them. A reminder to those that havent followed the build. The car is already running just a little late on the pics.

Day 7
(9/16/2010)
Well Day 7 has come and gone and here's the results. The motor was finally takin off the engine stand and onto the shop crane. Installed the new clutch setup and tranny and finally droped the motor into the car. Took all day to get everything settled in. All that is left is the intake, battery, and fluids. I was gonna finish the touch ups today but was just to tired so looks like ill have to wait till Day 8 to finish.

alright guys little update. Just bought a set of 850cc injectors and an oil feed line with -4an ends and flange and also got my turbo from dezod a couple days ago. All thats left is to buy parts to make a return line and get a little fabrication done and its ready to bolt on. Should be installing in about 2-3 weeks so stay tuned for that.

By the way, next year when i go standalone ill have these 850cc for sale to upgrade to 1100cc to run E85 safely with my power goals.

1100cc won't be enough for 500whp. Just get 1600 and your good for a while.

I hope so. I spent 4 hrs cleaning out the stud holes and finally got them all to be pretty close. Just 1-2 mm off from one another. Iv had the car running for about a month and almost 1000miles now with no issues yet. Looks like it went well but only time will tell especially when im boosted again.

Well i am going to be running fuel return setup, raising fuel pressure, and maybe dual pumps if neccessary. Ill test the 850cc and see what they max out at on E and ill decide from their what i need to upgrade too unless someone else has already attempted to make high power on E already.

well thought id let ya guys know that i just placed my order for the last part i needed for my turbo build wich was the oil return line. All im waiting on is for my injectors and oil lines to come in from the mail and its ready to install. Just need to get my 3" custom exhaust fabricated and welded and ill be boosted again on about 12psi. Then just need to wait till next year to go standalone and raise the boost to shoot for that 500hp mark.

Stay tuned as part 2 of my build is about to begin.

Actually not doing a return fuel setup yet. Im only gonna boost about 10-12psi for now till next year when i convert to standalone and return fuel setup. Im going with the Dezod fuel return setup next year unless my plans change and i just decide to go custom on that too.
