well tomorrow ill be testing it out to see how it does on that tune. I get my new phone tomorrow so i may have to take that offer up if i start having issues.

For now i have one quesion. Does anyone know that if having the wideband sensor in a 3" exhaust affects the readings a bit? I cant seem to get a steady reading. My idals keep jumping everywhere. 1 secound ill be reading 14.3 then the next i see 16.2 and they just fluctuate in between no matter what i do to the tune. I wasnt having this issue with the 2.5 exhaust system.
Its mounted in the same section on the s-pipe that the factory secoundary O2 sensor use to be. Should it be closer to the turbo to get a better steady reading?

Not feeling the rear angle there. It's to far angled. A good option would be to pick up the PTuning v2 rear section and mate it to your setup. Would clean things up a lot more...imo.

im not to crazzy on the angle either. I didnt want it to angle that much but its all i could do with the piping i had available. Ill be redoing the rear section later after im done with my build but for now itll serve its function in doing what i want for now wich is to make the power. Just like the IC piping and the valve cover that needs to be powder coated, its all just for looks to clean it up but i wont worry about that till i make my mark first. Then ill focus on cleaning up a bit.

Oh yea and it wasnt cheap either. The shop i went to was the most expensive shop in rillo but they were the only ones that would do my exhaust. I payed a heafty $400 to weld and trim all my exhaust piping.

I have the exact same problem on my 3" exhaust and its pretty close to the turbo.

It sounds awsome "so far". Its got a really deep tone. I havent really gotten to beat on it or anything yet so i have no idea if its gonna start rasping up top but i should find out sometime tonight. Only thing is that its loud as hell so you kinda have to speak up a bit when in my car. Something im gonna have to get use to i guess.

Ill post up a sound clip when i get a chance. For now im bought to wash my car and do some boost tunning so i can see what this setup really sounds like.

Alright guys, officially self tuned for 10psi now. It pulls like a champ. The maps still need a little work as my fuel trims are still a little off but it runs great. Only thing that still gets to me is the idle. Idle AFR's are jumping everywhere no matter what i try to do to the tune but im starting to think its just because of the 3" exhaust piping.

Also Chris thanks for trying to help out but that tune you sent me did not work well at all. Couldnt even get the car running. It would start and just die right away. I ended up just starting from scratch. Took me all day and the map the fuel map could still use some work but its running good so far.

And now something to look forward to. Me and my cousin are gonna have a little race tomorrow after work to see what this bad boy can do. He drives a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart AWD on factory boost. I have a feeling he may take me at a dig but at a roll i should definently take him. I guess will just have to wait and see. Video of that soon to come so stay tuned.

Its all good. Im just glad i was able to figure out something to get my car running on the new injectors. I spent like an hour just trying to figure out the right combo of IRT and cell values just to get the car to turn on and stay running.

btw its seems common on those injectors to have a slightly hovering afr, iv tried all kinds of irt and fuel map tweeks to try and get it to settle perfectly but i never could get it to sit dead on 14.7 and stay. maybe with a different engine managment it would get a bit better.
