Thanks for all the comments guys. 20+psi will come after i get my hands on a standalone and fuel return system. The request for more videos are on the way. Ive got alot of little video projects im wanting to work on so more vids can definently be expected in the near future.
Chris i am pulling timing from the start of boost. At 10psi im pulling about (-7.5)-(-8.25). Like stated in the video, its a really conservative map to make sure nothing goes wrong. Im no pro tuner so i dont really know how aggressive i can get with it but the last thing i want to do is blow the motor before i even get to hit 20+psi.

i dont blame ya one damn bit, iv done the same in the past fearing det. its not a bad idea to start out like that till you get comfortable tuning then adding some timeing back in as you go. wish ya the best of luck.

well in the end the only problem i had was start up issue due to a huge vacuum leak. Forgot to connect the brake booster line. As for the buckets, i checked all of that before even droping the motor in the car. A few buckets were a little off clearance but after some measuring and getting the proper buckets put in i was set. Its really not that hard to do especially when you have a diagram right in front of you that tells you what to do. Refer to the diagram here on SL that crush posted above. Cant go wrong if you follow the steps.

the ptuning ones are ridiculously expensive the super tech valve ones are not bad. check how muchthey are at the dealer. when i went it only 1 day to get them. i never heard of a bucket fail so i dont think you need that coated one.
