Default My 2AZ Build

Hey guys, I got a '09 Corolla Xrs, same motor as a tC1. Not too many people with this on my Forum, so I thought I'd post here for feedback, tips, etc.

Some pictures of my ride:

Fitment isn't too bad, they said they'll try and heat it and go with the contours of the dash. Pretty descent since its for a tC.

Nice! Looking forward to seeing what kind of #'s you put out. How much boost you running?

Confusing because that is not a Garrett turbo it's a precision turbo. there is a difference.

your the 4th owner of the manifold but the third owner of all the rest of the parts except for the batt tie down (thats if you got that part with the kit). The batt tie down I made myself.
Marcial paid for a v2.1kit from TurboToyotas but he got stiffed on the manifold, turbo, and injectors. Turbotoyotas soon went under. So Marcial bought a used version one Turbotoyotas manifold, turbo, and injectors from a member on here. After a few years he sold the kit to Junius. and now you have it.

Turbochargers.com did the install on Marcials car then I took it off his car to fix a few leaks they left behind and reinstalled. Marcial got his engine built and I had to uninstall and reinstall the kit. I replaced his head gasket so of course the turbo kit had to come off yet again and reinstalled. After a while he wanted to sell the kit so I ended up taking it back of. He sold the kit to junius and he came to me to install the kit and for some slight fab work.

here is a few pics of the kit when I installed it. (ps that mani looks sexy polished)

Ah nice, well they tuned a tC, I believe it was pushing ~250 with the setup the guy had, but I don't really remember. I'll try and look for it on their FB page.

Hehe just found it, if you go on FB and look up JMS Racing, its under places. Check out their 'JMS Customers' album and it'll be in the 4th row.

They got it to 275whp on 8psi and 93 octane

What are they going to do about the batt? Or are they going to fab up a new turbo intake pipe?

Haha no prob. I knew it wasn't gonna fit right at first, but they said they heated it and shaped it.

I believe they're gonna relocate it similar to Junius' setup, but not so sure yet.
